To make the money back, your personal and bank details will be requested for the purpose of a subsequent credit note and money back.

Within 10 business days, the money will be reflected in your Mercadopago account.

1.- The Company, through its website www.Doce34.cl, establishes an additional warranty to the legal one indicated in Law No. 19,496, for one year from the conclusion of the respective electronic sales contract.

3.- The fault or defect of the product (machinery) must be duly reported to the Company. 4.- That the fault or defect of the product has not been caused or has its origin in a misuse of the product, in which case the warranty is lost. For this purpose, the authorized Technical Service will carry out a check that will confirm the fault or defect of the product. If appropriate, the Technical Service will proceed to carry out the repair.

5.- If the fault is due to a product deficiency, you can exchange it for the product or for any product, or request a refund of the amount paid as indicated on the ballot.

6.- Once the repair has been carried out and if there is no conformity with the arrangement, the customer must immediately return it to the delivery person and write the reason for the refusal on the dispatch guide. If the customer prefers later, they can also send an e-mail to sac2.doce34@california.cl and recpecion1@california.cl stating their dissatisfaction so that the Company can seek a solution to the situation posed.
